		<description>usually I don't mind too much (apart from the fact that the power mostly comes on again right at the moment where you dug out the candles....) - but it has happened more and more often recently and you come to the point where it becomes very annoying: when you just finished a very long email (no battery-powered computer here), just started to cook dinner etc... it's not all that easy to make pancakes in total darkness:)) you could call it "a bit hit and miss"....</description>

		<description>Quite a few days of my childhood in the 50/60's were spent with evenings of powercuts.  It was always an exciting time for me and my two brothers...going upstairs to bed with Mum lighting the way with a candle and then the darkness descending behind us.</description>
