Happy Paddy’s Day
I confess that this photo is from last year’s salutations on this national holiday. I love the shamrocky nature of it nonetheless…with so many shades of green! But my own well wishes to you are fresh and new this St. Patrick’s Day!

A good St. Patrick’s Day to all!

down the street, the local Irish pub is lobbying for St. Patrick’s Day as a U.S. holiday, all sponsored by Guinness. . . . The proximity to the weekend this year has meant that it has been a long weekend celebration. Saturday was the ‘green lady’ races - early front runner was a man in a very flashy green sequined number. Sunday, we spent at the Greenwood, so missed the madness in town. Today? I shudder to think. . . . Nonetheless, a happy Paddy’s day to you, as well!

I would love to hear of the traditional celebrations on your side of the pond.
Maybe, as I get older, I should fore go the wearing of green on this day so I can get a “pinch”.
Doubt there would be any other time I would get such attention.
Happy St. Paddy’s day to you too!
