(and please also forgive my annual negligence and late or non-existent birthday wishes. . . .) And happy birthday to Will - late - man those pies looked good! I am such a slug. . . . Pie sounds wonderful. I love good Granny Smith's. I never buy them in the grocery store here though since they just taste like wax.
